Availability and Reservations

We encourage you to use our online system to make your reservation for cabins, houses, and campsites. It is up-to-date and available any time of day.

When selecting dates on the calendar in the reservation system, please use only Saturday to Saturday for cabins. In other words, carefully check the day of the week you enter 🙂 ! What you see in the online system below is what is available; everything is up to date.

Terms & Conditions

  1. If you cause damage to any property on the resort or remove resort property your credit card may be billed.
  2. You will be personally liable in the event of failure to pay for any or part of the full amount of these charges.  Your credit card may be billed for any amounts due after checkout.
  3. Your credit card may be billed $100 fee for smoking in cabin or re-arranging of furniture
  4. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and we may withhold the right to provide service.
  5. The management, employees, or owner will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or any personal valuables of any kind.
  6. Cabins:  Check-in is at 2:00, Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  Departure after 10:00 may be charged $50 fee.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation within 60 days with full refund due to guest.
  8. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  9. Fireworks are not allowed to be set off at the resort.
  10. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  11. Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Cabins

  • Cancellation within 90 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit
  • Cancellation within 45 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit + 3 nights rental
  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be charged entire rental fee
  • No shows are charged the entire fee

Additional Info

  • No additional charge for pets. We require pets to be on leash at all times when outdoors and pet poop to be picked up
  • Offsite storage available within ¼ mile of resort
  • Dock slips can be rented on first-come /first-serve basis
  • On-site laundry
  • We reserve the right to cancel a reservation within 60 days with full refund
  • Bathroom and shower building
  • We are a pet friendly resort.  Those with pets in cabins incur a charge of $35 per week (sorry no pets in Forest Inn). 
  • All cabins and campsites have firepits.  Cabins also have grills.   Firewood supplied at $5 per bundle.
  • All cabins come with a dock slip;   Dock slips can be rented on a first-come basis
  • All cabins have full refrigerator, stove and oven, dishes, and kitchen utensils
  • Bath and kitchen towels are included
  • Deposit is required at time of reservation
